How to use this web app
Raja Yoga is meditation you can do anywhere, anytime – in the middle of a meadow, on a train, in fact in any spare moment. Though listening to a meditation while driving is definitely not recommended!
You don’t need to sit in a special position or close your eyes, just listen to these meditations wherever you are – first thing in the morning to prepare for the day ahead, in your tea break to refresh your mind, or before a challenging meeting to make sure you have a mindset that is calm, creative and open.
Get calm and go positive
Each meditation in this app will help you to :
These three things will increase awareness of what’s happening in your mind so that you can switch from a negative mindset to a positive one whenever you like.
Rewire your brain
Choose a meditation that feels right for you at this moment.
Listening to the same meditation several times will help you to go deeper into the experience and reinforce that positive state of mind. With practice, meditation creates lasting changes in the brain, so that you literally have reserves of positivity to draw upon as you go about your life.
