Raja Yoga is meditation you can do anywhere, anytime – in the middle of a meadow, on a train, in fact in any spare moment. Though listening to a meditation while driving is definitely not recommended!

You don’t need to sit in a special position or close your eyes, just listen to these meditations wherever you are –  first thing in the morning to prepare for the day ahead, in your tea break to refresh your mind, or before a challenging meeting to make sure you have a mindset that is calm, creative and open.
